PlumResearch has been invited by the National Broadcasting Council of Poland (KRRiT) to help form the future Joint Industry Committee (JIC) in Poland. The JIC will become a single-source of media research and implantation in the Polish video and entertainment market.
PlumResearch was invited by the KRRiT to participate in the Technical Dialogue, which will cover third-party measurement of electronic media consumption, such as on-demand video, live streaming, outdoor and OOH media, as well as online and linear television. The goal of the Technical Dialogue is to explore the possibilities of measuring audio and video channels.
Through the Technical Dialogue, PlumResearch will provide insight on audio and video audience measurement, which will help form the future Joint Industry Committee (JIC) in Poland. The Joint Industry Committee will become a single-source of media research and implantation in the Polish video and entertainment market.
“Being part of the discussions with the JIC is important to PlumResearch as we think upholding freedom of the media is crucial for Poland,” said CEO Łukasz Jeziorski.
The KRRiT is a state-run organization responsible for overseeing public radio and television, and acts as a safeguard for the public interest when it comes to freedom of speech and access to information via broadcasting and television.
