Siphonics aimed to assist the music revolution with its data and support the transition from downloads to streaming. While still at Red Sky, we decided to do business as Plum Research. In 2016 we were recognized as one of the world’s 20 hottest music startups by MIDEMLAB in Cannes.
Since 2016 Plum started its transition towards televison, film and gaming by providing top Hollywood studios and global broadcasters with rich audience measurement data.
In 2017 we closed our first high ticket multi-year deal with a blue chip client and secured a funding round from Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder.

Lukasz started his first online business in 2001 as an affiliate marketer selling ringtones. Over the past few years, Lukasz was a product manager for the Polish venture studio Red Sky, creating various online businesses from scratch, leading to the spin-off of Plum Research.
He is an experienced business developer and has been associated with the entertainment industry for the last 15 years. He built companies as an entrepreneur, product manager and advisor within e-sports, online gambling, music, motion picture, data and software. Lukasz holds and MBA in Entrepreneurship.
Forrest is a pioneer in online information services, driving the launch of first-ever internet measurement services in Asia. He has over 25 years of global experience in marketing, media and internet services in a variety of senior roles in Finance, M&A, Strategic Planning and as MD, Nielsen Media Research - Asia Pacific and MD, NetRatings - Asia Pacific Latin America.
Alexander is a multi-awarded Russian composer with more than 50 #1 hit songs, who successfully combines creative work with business.
He effectively manages GRUPPA KOMPANIY FAMILIA, which specializes in investment in Blockchain, new media, publishing, and entertainment sectors. He is one of the main world experts in such topics as Transformation of Global Economy, Creative Economy, Blockchain technology and MES (Media, Entertainment and Sport) sector.
Maciej started his professional career in Carlsberg Group, holding positions from Financial Analyst to Business Controller in the fields of production, logistics and corporate controlling. Later, he managed the controlling department in Eurocash Group companies, being responsible for: Delikatesy Centrum, Petrol, Horeca. He also carried out consultancy projects for other companies.
Piotr gained experience at global investment banks, Morgan Stanley and Nomura, advising on mergers and acquisitions. Later he worked at Darby Overseas – a private equity fund operating within Franklin Templeton Investments – where he was responsible for the CEE region.
Throughout his career, Tomasz has advised in M&A deals: ranging from venture capital investments to transactions with value in excess of one billion euro. He has also advised PE funds as well as Polish and international companies (i.a. Chevron, EDF, PPF) on their restructuring projects and corporate matters. Tomasz was a Senior Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna. In 2016 he was one of the laureates of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna’s “Rising Stars” award.
As a Venture Builder, Red Sky specializes in creating and developing internet projects with global scope, as well as building companies based on its own ideas and resources.
One of these companies is Plum Research - a young, yet dynamically growing Polish company focused on gathering and analyzing telemetric data for the global giants of the entertainment industry. We perform customer behavior analyses for video streaming services for our clients, which include Hollywood film studios and American TV broadcasters.
Currently, we are looking to add an experienced JS developer for an independent, newly created position. This will allow the new hire to select their own tools for the job.

As a member of the Data Science team you will help define and implement front-end and UI for our ML-powered features, analytics dashboards, and internal services.

Deliver innovative ways to visualize insights data analysis and Machine Learning uncover for our users
Own the front end for our A/B testing system, providing intuitive ways to configure, monitor, and analyze results of A/B experiments
Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers on the team to help design ML-powered features and deliver them into production
